Frank Gonzalez, Vice-President of the Spanish Ice Sports Federation-Spanish Ice Hockey (FEDH) commented, “After three years of continuous collaboration with Pointstreak and having all our members into an educational aspect of what Pointstreak is really all about, we feel that with a statistics program such as this has been very beneficial to our sport here in Spain. Not only has Spanish Ice Hockey progressed from one level of play to another, but it has also educated its people what statistics is all about. The excitement of following our games live though the system and in our language has created an unprecedented following by more of our spectators, clubs, players, game officials and media not only at home, but worldwide and in 19 different languages.  With this new long term agreement with Pointstreak we believe that it will continue to help us in our development of the game both on and off the ice where its most need it as part of growing the game in the most Southern European country such as Spain. Now not only beaches, running of the bulls and futbol is tradition in Spain, but also where you can run into an ice hockey game being played in cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, San Sebastian, Vitoria, Puigcerda, Jaca, Pamplona, Logroño and in 2015 in the city of Granada at the FISU Winter University Games!”
