Pointstreak Completes Agreement with the Belarus Ice Hockey Association

Toronto, ON - Pointstreak.com Inc. and the Belarus Ice Hockey Association are pleased to announce they have reached an agreement. This agreement will see Pointstreak provide real-time scoring, official statistics and league administrative services to the Open Belarusian Hockey League as well as the Belarus National Team and National Junior programs. All statistics will be presented in Russian and English using Pointstreak's patented real-time scoring and statistical technology.

Hockey began at the end of 1940's in Belarus. Since becoming an independent country in 1992, the Belarus Ice Hockey Association began to conduct a national championship. At the beginning of the country's sovereignty there were only three indoor rinks. Today Belarus has 12 arenas and construction of a 15,000 seat arena will be completed in Minsk, the country's capital.
